i use cdrwin for that kinda stuff. you just go to burn disc and select your cue file and it burns the mp3 file as a normal audio cd with the right trackmarks from the cue file in the right places...hopefully!
i haven't yet come across a program that'll read in a cue file so that you can play your mp3 with the trackmarks from the cue file. that would be cool!
hope this is what you were after

this has already been covered there!
ps, when you use a cuesheet to burn, you wont have an music file, with track markings embeded, instead you'll have the music file split up into audio tracks, ie you'll have made an audio cd, and even tho you might be able to fit an 2hr music file on cd, as audio cd thats gonna be 2 hrs of audio cd, remeber that audio cds only hold 80 mins worth!
firstly, you select the cuefile to burn, within which there is the file location refrenced in there, along with the track marks
just read them posts and if you dont understand, feel free to post back on here and ask
and secondly, cdrwin, is no longer being produced, well the proper version, theres another version that is crap, for which the company is in legal dispute over, dont use any cdrwin products that being with version 5, besides theres better programs anyway
http://www.dcsoft.com/cue_mastering_progs.htm
look at that, might help you
nero
fireburner
cdrwin
feurio
EAC
all burn cuesheets/music files
with the easiest to use to the hardest
i suggest you probably use nero as you probably got it, ps you might have to upgrade to a later version,

to have a music file, with embeded cue files, use mp3cue
theres been one out for ages, few years old i think
http://www.guerillasoft.com/mp3cue/
thats for playing your file, with the track with cue file track marks, in winamp!
